Whatever it is you’re wanting more of - connection, love, meaning, peace, life- or perhaps wanting less of - pain, loneliness, boredom, anxiety- I’m here to help.

How can I possibly help with all of that?

By being with you.

I believe everybody has the capacity to grow, change, and heal. But often times, we can’t do it alone. We thrive off of connection, true connection, and as a therapist it’s my goal to be fully present with you as we walk through the growing pains and create space for a fuller life.

Aside from my being there with you, I hope to help you be there for yourself. We all have untapped potential and hidden insight that can bringer us closer to the life and relationships we long for.

So how are we going to do all this?

  • By providing genuine support.

  • By asking questions and cultivating curiosity.

  • By exploring unwanted relationship patterns and past traumas and re-writing how the story goes.

  • By expanding your perspective. It’s hard to see the whole picture when you’re standing inside of it.

  • By creating space to process emotions, rather than put them aside or push them down. Emotions are good- they provide us with helpful information and remind us that we’re human.

  • By bringing awareness to the body. Our bodies are one of our richest resources, and when we learn to tune in, we are able to shut off that critical and unhelpful voice that is constantly churning in the back of our minds and instead turn our attention to the intuitive part of you that knows best. You can call this your “inner knowing” or your gut- we all have it and sometimes we are more connected and sometimes disconnected.

The list goes on, but most of it boils down to: we both show up wholeheartedly and talk openly.
